As a Bay Area native, Margarita carries a strong passion for community-focused design. At Ratcliff, she focuses this effort into campus planning for K-12 schools, as well as construction projects that have emerged from those efforts, with an emphasis on client interaction and future thinking. She possesses keen technical skills in both 3D modeling and graphic design.
With a dedication to increasing youth access to the design profession, she is heavily involved in the Ratcliff Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (REDI) group, co-leading the High School Summer Internship program, as well as co-chairing the Emerging Professionals group. Outside of the office, she continues to volunteer as a Woman of Impact at Girls Inc. of Alameda County.
