With a strong passion for promoting equity in design, Mariana combines her international background and interdisciplinary expertise to enrich the design process and mentor emerging designers. She specializes in behavioral health projects, focusing on creating spaces that aid in the recovery process. She actively contributes to the Ratcliff's Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Group and serves as co-chair of the Emerging Professional group. Mariana also supports the High School Summer Internship program, leveraging her teaching experience to guide and inspire future designers.
