/ UC Berkeley School of Law Tenant Improvements

After the Berkeley Law South Addition and Renovation project was completed, Ratcliff was invited back to provide services for several modifications to the 2nd and 3rd floor of Boalt Hall. Scope of work for this project encompassed reconfiguring approximately 4,000 sf of former library reading room areas (in the 1996 North Addition) into offices, conference room and support services for The Robbins Collection staff as well as offices and study areas for visiting scholars. The project also included upgrading security measures and access control to the Collection.

The project also involved the interior remodel of approximately 2,800 sf of existing offices on the third floor to accommodate a new office space for a clinical program. And, a subsequent project on the 2nd floor involved the remodel of 5,000 sf of office space to accommodate Alumni, Student Services / Admissions and Financial Aid.
