Stanford Health Care | Pediatric Cardiology Clinic

Ratcliff developed the Schematic Design for the Packard Children’s Health Alliance to expand 10,500 square feet of services for Pediatric Cardiology Associates to better serve the South Bay pediatric population.

This 3,200 square foot project is the first of three planned build-outs incorporating department wayfinding through the use of color and animal themed signage. The Exam room corridor was designed to be able to connect and open up to the next planned department which will have a new separate wayfinding color and animal signage.

The design for this tenant improvement project expands an existing first floor suite into conference and staff area functions by adjoining a vacant suite across the hall. the final configuration, yet to be completed, will allow ENT to join the existing Audiology practice and expansion for Pediatric Cardiology Associates into the new space.

The building is owned by Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital which occupies certain portions of the building. Additionally, there are several third-party tenants who also occupy various suites. Both clinics and third party tenants remained in operation during construction.
