De La Salle High School has partnered with Ratcliff to upgrade their athletic field facilities for their student-athletes. To limit water usage and improve sports conditions, a new artificial turf baseball and other sports fields will be implemented.

To support the playing environment Ratcliff designed new, accessible dugouts as well as a new concession stand and restrooms to offer new amenities to players and visitors. A new rally plaza area improves the existing pre-and postgame experience to host more people safely out of the drive aisle and has improved lighting, shade, seat walls and queueing space. Upgraded batting cages with a roof and windscreen will also be provided.

Utilizing a simple material palette of brick, metal trims and poured-in-place concrete the new designs nod to the rest of the mid-century brick campus while also alluding to the tradition of brick in baseball environments. New bleachers offer a variety of spectator views as well as a press box with new speaker and video system infrastructure to support the DLSHS Spartans sports legacy.
